arthur_p_dentGoing to try and keep this a relatively short recap this time around - I really have to get a half-decent night's sleep so I have a semi-functional brain for work tomorrow.
Goals: Last week came in at a whopping 91%, which brought the January average to 86% overall. Good looking numbers, but the original problem areas are still problem areas. One thing I am happy about is that I have identified one of the things that makes getting sleep such a challenge, and I'm working on ways to deal with it. I'm going to discuss that in a separate post though (so I can, you know, get some sleep).
Blanket project: Complete! And it turned out better than I hoped. Here's a link to my project post so you can check it out...

February plans: First off, I decided to take the coming month off from craft projects. I've had at least one project on the go for the past 8 months straight, and I'm ready for a break. Instead, I plan to spend some time reading - the goal is to re-read The Hobbit and the LOTR trilogy from start to finish (it's been a while). I also want to put together a list of new "artsy/crafty" things that I'd like to try out this year, figure out what equipment/supplies I'll need, etc. Lastly, I'm starting to research local massage therapists, and by the end of next week I want to have a place picked out and an appointment booked.
Final thoughts: If you've been reading along this past month, you'll remember there has been some whacky shit that's happened. Even though not everything has been resolved, it's been helpful to have an outlet here to talk about it instead of bottling it all up (classic me). So, thanks. =D
Well, I see time is getting away from me again, as much as I was trying to avoid it. My friend JT and I call it the "black hole of time" - where minutes become hours and you have no idea how.
So long for now - I'll write at you again soon. =]
