As the subject suggests, “New thing...” posts will be my thoughts after trying something for the first time. Let’s get the ball rolling:

New thing... Sharing anything about myself publicly.
This is quite out of the ordinary for me. Even with the relative anonymity afforded by an online forum, it’s still somewhat stressful putting my thoughts out there.

So that’s the idea - though in all fairness this first topic is considerably more introspective than I expect future ones to be (for example, my next post will be about a new type of food I tried today).
