So after a long night of sitting up wide awake, I decided to lay down and see if I could manage an hour worth of sleep before getting ready for work. As luck would have it I started dozing off, and then...

...a dream kicks in. One of those vivid ones where you think you haven’t fallen asleep yet. The cat’s staring at the wall, acting like there’s a spider just out of reach. I get up to see what she’s looking at and she bolts. Dumb cat. I turn around to go back to bed, and suddenly the tv and all the lights are off, and I can’t see shit. I reach out to steady myself in the dark, and something grabs my arm and pulls really hard - which snaps me back into reality, a bit confused, heart racing (i.e. scared shitless).

WTF??? Didn’t really need that to start my day.
