This past month...

More challenges in May, with some areas continuing to back-slide. Overall I hit 67% for the month, which isn't actually all that bad considering May has historically been the month where everything starts to completely fall apart. The fact that I'm still actively working on all of my goals at this point in the year is a very promising sign.
Sleep: Set a worknight bedtime. Track duration, with a target of 5+ hours per night.
>> This was much improved in both getting to bed on time and in duration of sleep. I am still having a large number of nights with very poor sleep however, and I'm starting to try and figure out some of the root causes.
Exercise: Minimum 30 minutes per session. Minimum 3 sessions per week to start, increasing to 4 in April.
>> No misses, and a couple weeks with added sessions. I've also started outdoor running again, and that's going really well.
Beer at home: None. Goal is to reduce unnecessary calorie intake during inactive periods of the day.
>> "Must buckle down in May." That's what I said last month. This month I'll say "Must buckle down in June." The past week has been better, with nothing left in the house - now I just have to keep it that way.
Drink more water: Minimum 3 glasses per day.
>> I've started tracking hydration through my fitness app, and I'm now far exceeding this goal every day.
Computer day: Consolidate all activities requiring sitting at the computer to a single day. Should open up time during the week for other activities.
>> I had another late weekly post (long weekend threw me for a loop), but other than that everything got done on time.
Keep up with dishes: Unload clean dishes from the dishwasher, and load dirty dishes directly. Goal is to avoid dirty dishes piling up in the sink for multiple days.
>> Week-by-week I'm only hitting about 50%, but really I'm only missing a day here and a day there. Still, it's a lot of work to keep up with.
Haircut: Scheduled every 3 weeks.
>> Done on the scheduled day this month.
Leisure time at home: Minimum 2 times per week. Activities include things like craft projects, reading, puzzles, board games, etc.
>> Zero this month. Not sure what the roadblock is here, but I would like to get something going soon.
Regional tour: I was gifted a subscription for tastings at more than a dozen regional breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Goal is to visit at least 1 per month.
>> Went to one location in May.
Quarterly activity: At least once every 3 months, I want to do something that would be uncharacteristic for me (i.e. things that will get me out of my comfort zone). Leaning towards things I would need to sign up for so that I'm committing to doing them.
>> N/A again for May.
Personal goals: There are a few things I'll be tracking that I won't be specifically discussing here.
>> "A turnaround is desperately needed." That's what I said last month. Guess what I'm going to say this month?
Monthly goal review: Post a formal review of success on all goals for the month.
>> Done.
