The “tomatoes” are actually a bruschetta mix that is made in house at a local grocer, with garlic, basil and olive oil mixed in. So a much broader flavour profile. Then, the real key to making it all come together is heating it in a toaster oven. Not only does the wrap get nice and crisp, but the feta melts and mixes with the tomatoes, and creates a sauce on the inside.
