The other advantage is that I have the real estate available to give each one the proper scale. I don’t think I’d be as happy if I had to cram them all together into one appendage.
I do have a week off planned for next month, and if I can pull it off I’d like to get 2 done during that time. Probably the ones destined for my calves - those are the linear ones I designed myself, and are simple enough that I could have apprentices do them (easier to book time vs established artists, and a little more cost effective if I’m doing two in fairly short order).
Beyond that who knows? Body art and modification will be one of the first industries shut down if another Covid lockdown happens, and likely one of the last ones to reopen - so it could be next summer before things continue. But if that does happen I’ll spend the downtime getting the rest designed for me, and I should be ready to jump in head first as soon as I can.
