2022…

Much has been written over the past week or so about goals for the coming year. Kudos to everyone - I hope you’re all successful in your endeavours. I personally hadn’t planned on posting anything, but since I found myself already making excuses and putting things off as early as day 2, I feel like I need to find some other sources of motivation.

Like a fool, I thought I could wing it. But establishing new daily habits and routines is apparently going to require some structure. In addition, there are a couple of major home projects I want to get completed this year, and I really need to start the planning phase on those. Tomorrow I’ll be on the hunt for a planner (daily or weekly - not sure which will be a better fit) so I can start organizing my various goals. Hopefully this will lead to some marked improvements next week, and I’ll have a positive update next time around. =]

Best luck for your planning-- and completing your goals, of course. Any luck finding a planner?

I’m planning to take some time this weekend to hammer down exactly what I want to track, and develop a code system that I can use to simplify the process.

Are you familiar with the bullet journal method? I'm not sure how well it would fit the planner you chose but I know that a lot of people have had success with it.

You're welcome! I hope it ends up being of use to you somewhere down the line. And, more importantly, I wish you the best luck in finding something that does work for you :)
