Going to guess it has something to do with running away from zombies? XD
Indeed! It's sort of a podcast/game hybrid. "You" are a runner for a township after the zombie apocalypse, going out on errands to get supplies, carry messages to allies, place cameras, etc. It starts off fairly episodic but the plot develops as you go along. Most missions can be set to last for a certain timeframe or a certain distance, though some marathon missions are distance-specific. The only real game element for the runs themselves is that you can turn on zombie chases, which are random encounters where you need to speed up by x amount or else risk being caught and eaten, thus having to start the mission over. It's mostly a game in that you collect items during runs and these count towards supplies used to build your little virtual base in the app, kind of a simple strategy sim. You can honestly ignore that part if you're just after the story, though. They also have other narratives, both one-shots and sequential, that are a lot of fun. I'm very fond of it and so I like to recommend it to folks I know who are into walking and running!
Yay for productivity! Congrats on already finishing your first draft, wow :O I look forward to seeing it whenever you decide to post!
